I am from Norfolk (not the north Michelle! ;-p) and my sister was in the audience for this. I didn't watch it myself though. She was complaining that Yvette used a ouija board and had pre-advised audience members planted in the audience to give messages to, plus one audience member clearly saw Yvette pushing the glass. This makes me want to watch Most Haunted less and less

Info on the RAF West Raynham: http://www.derelicte.co.uk/raf-west-raynham

Raynham would be a great place to  investigate not only for the RAF base but also for the 'Brown Lady of Raynham Hall' (http://www.castleofspirits.com/brownlady.html)

Here is an interesting link on how Most Haunted hating locals wanted to disrupt the show: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1241584/Plot-attack-presenters-Most-Haunted-busted-pranksters-caught-discussing-plans-online.html

Airfields in East Anglia are often believed to be haunted, I guess because of the volume of tragedy and activity that passed through them during the wars, and include RAF Bircham Newton in Norfolk (http://www.ghosts.org.uk/ghost/3132/haunted/airfield/newton-airfield/norfolk.html), RAF Tibenham in Norfolk (http://wikimapia.org/2233704/Former-RAF-Tibenham) and more. Local to me was Ludham old airfield which was known to locals to be haunted.  Most are abandoned now, for example RAF Coltishall (http://www.talkurbex.com/2009/11/urban-exploration-royal-air-force-raf-coltishall-norfolk-uk/) and RAF Rackheath (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAF_Rackheath).

I think RAF Trimingham (which is said to have a malfunctioning radar still there zapping passing cars! http://www.strategypage.com/htmw/htecm/articles/20061106.aspx) and RAF Neatishead are still functioning.

There have also been UFO sighting over Norfolk such as this near RAF Lakenheath: http://www.aliensthetruth.com/UFO_sightings_famous.php?ID=27&view=1  But due to the fact that a lot of the RAF bases were still functioning in the area until at least 2005, I reckon many of these sightings were in fact secret planes and things being tested in the skies over the area. I wasn't far from Coltishall and Rackheath and we regularly saw strange lights in the skies which we would later find out to be stealth bombers being tested.

Anyway, if you're interested in this kind of thing, I found a nice thread on an aviation forum all about haunted airbases: http://forum.keypublishing.co.uk/showthread.php?t=22567

At this stage I only watch it to see what wacky new ideas they come up with to fake contact. Its a bit worrying though how many people actually believe that its all real! :S

Yeah, I was quite surprised when my sister e-mailed me in shock to say things were faked. Duh!

I used to enjoy the earlier series much more, when sometimes little would happen. It just seemed more real. Now its a joke.
