Dungannon Sanatorium was built in 1918 for the suffers of TB.

This building has been vacant for many years and has always been rumored to be haunted. It is situated on the Coalisland rd heading out of Dungannon. It is an extremely impressive building and is a pity it hasn’t been utilised for some other purpose other than to rot and decay over the years. As children around halloween this was the place to go, as you were sure to scare the living day lights out of your self.
