I think every town in the country has its own lady in white, there are numerous accounts of a ghostly figure in white haunting buildings and small country roads.  We have investigated our very own lady in in white, one which had a lot of media attention and countless vigils  by teenagers for weeks on end.  There are many varying stories of these phantoms, some are women who have committed suicide because of unrequited love.

Many haunted castles claim also to have the very own resident lady in white, one was also spotted in a Kmart in America.  It seems even ghosts like a bargin.
